Summer skirts 'n matching head scarves

In blogland, there's beautiful DIY inspiration available in every nook and cranny. Not all of it is accessible for me, but these darling head scarves were within my reach. While in California, my mom wanted to make skirts for the girls. Matching head scarves seemed to be the perfect accessory.   3. I must really be getting OLD!! This was in when I was a young girl, about your kids age! I remember my mom making me a matching scarf and dress. Loved that! Absolutely darling.
