This is our favorite... homemade pretzels.
Equation....
Make the dough,
let it rise,
spread flour all over the kitchen island,
call the kids,
hand out the dough,
have contests to see who makes the most original or the thinnest or the fattest or the yummiest pretzel....

Brush with egg white,
sprinkle with salt,
pop in the oven,
eat fresh and hot out of the oven with a cup of chocolate milk.
