French Kids Eat Everything

As the mother of picky eaters who just happen to be 1/2 French, I think I must read this book. Our own personal Babin family rule is: one meal prepared, one meal served, Mom's kitchen is not an à la carte restaurant and even if you don't like it, you still need to take a few bites. (Okay, if it really grosses them out, just one bite will do.) But this has not necessarily cured our picky eaters! I must read this book!

As a plus, Sarah Jane is the illustrator! You don't know Sarah Jane?! She is a fantastic artist! So creative, so talented!

It comes out in April but you can pre-order today at a special pre-order price!

French Kids Eat Everything: How Our Family Moved to France, Cured Picky Eating, Banned Snacking, and Discovered 10 Simple Rules for Raising Happy, Healthy Eaters [Hardcover]

“Humorous as well as instructive, this culinary adventure will change the lives of parents and children alike. . . . Karen Le Billon and her children learn that it’s okay to feel hungry between meals, turn to mindful eating, and learn the importance of enjoying one’s food.”
— PATRICIA WELLS, AUTHOR OF THE PROVENCE COOKBOOK

  1. Pretty sure Grace could give any picky eaters a run for their money. Except maybe my nephew. He's worse, but not much. I should check this book out. We are like you, what you see is what you get. Which is why Grace has gone to bed hungry for the last 7 years.
